永久性缝线与可吸收缝线均具有自身优缺点，但目前尚没有永久性缝线vs可吸收缝线舌榫嵌入凹槽技术的结果对比。本文研究了舌榫嵌入凹槽技术行内入路鼻整形，使用两种缝线长期术后效果变化（鼻尖旋转度与突度）对比。 永久性缝线与可吸收缝线优缺点对比方法：18位患者，其中，12位使用尼龙缝合线、6位使用PDS缝合线，平均随访期为12.1个月； 舌榫嵌入凹槽技术。(A) Preoperative photograph of the patient prior to making incisions.
